Homemade By Claude (“we”) uses Shopify to run homemadebyclaude.com.

When you order, we collect the information needed to fulfill that order: name, email, phone, shipping or pickup details, and payment details processed by Shopify. We do not store your card number.

We use this information to:
- Make and deliver your order
- Text or email order updates
- Answer questions
- Improve the shop

We do not sell your personal information.

Shopify, payment processors, and shipping carriers receive only what they need to do their job. See Shopify’s privacy policy for how the platform stores data.

You can email us to ask what information we have or to request that we delete it, except records we must keep for taxes or completed orders.
