Refunds and replacements

Homemade By Claude makes food to order in small batches.

If your order arrives damaged, melted, missing items, or clearly wrong, text or email us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund that item.

We do not refund:
- Change of mind after the order is baked or packed
- Flavor preference (“I didn’t like it”)
- Orders left out, overheated in a car, or stored incorrectly after delivery
- Fresh items (mango sticky rice, wraps, and other same-day food) that were picked up or delivered as agreed

Pickup orders that are not collected within 24 hours of the ready time may be discarded with no refund.
